Vivek Oberoi is one actor in tinsel town who's quite sure of where his priorities in life lie. Reportedly the actor of Prince has refused a very lucrative offer by a liquor brand in endorsing their product which was ready to offer him double the amount than the original amount that was offered. According to the buzz, the actor was initially offered an amount of Rs 3 crore to endorse the brand which specializes in Beer. However, not ready to trade his good image with money, the actor refused the offer.
The brand officials did not give up on the idea of bringing Vivek as the Ambassador as he has quite an amazing fan following in the youth segment of the country. Thus the actor was offered double the amount for a year which was Rs.6 crores.
Now Vivek, who is truly inspired by the likes of Sachin Tendulkar who had recently refused a liquor brand for Rs 3 crores, followed the master blaster footsteps and refused to endorse the product despite the high financial bait it had to offer.
Well, it seems like Vivek Oberoi is certainly very conscious of his image and the message that he gives out to his fans. This one from the actor truly deserves a standing ovation.
