Dino Morea is piling it upDino Morea is in the process of putting on a couple of kilos for an international watch brand that he's endorsing. 

"I have three looks for the ad and for one of them, I need to build more muscle. I had stopped going to the gym. 

I need to push more weights now, go on a hi-protein diet and work out more than play sports. 

I train mostly in my backyard where I have tied a 22 ft rope to the tree and use it to climb up and down. It's simple and effective. 

Now I am on a diet of egg whites, lean meat of chicken and fish which is boiled or steamed or tandoori or grilled and cut down on carbs a bit."
