Gitex Technology Week: Gulf Information Technology Exhibition In Dubai

UAE consumers have been flocking to Airport Expo following the opening of tech exhibition Gitex Shopper on Saturday, with the main Gitex event opening at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center on Sunday.

Being the 30th anniversary of the show, the organisers have been trying to make it more interesting this year but drawing in big names such as Steve Guggenheimer, Microsoft’s corporate vice-president, Original Equipment Manufacturer Division and Facebook’s Randi Zuckerberg, Director of Market Development. Several others will also be giving speeches at the event on the upcoming industry agendas.
