SHO Rana Ilyas, one of the main accused of Sialkot lynching of two innocent brothers, is said to have escaped to Iran via Balochistan, sources said on Thursday.
However, DPO Bilal Kamyana, while talking to Dunya News, denied the news saying that Ilyas’s name had been put into Exit Control List (ECL) while his passport was also not made.
It is mention worthy that the Supreme Court on Wednesday ordered the police to arrest the SHO and present him before the court today.
The incident of Sialkot lynching has occurred in the limits of Saddar Police Station where SHO Rana Ilyas was deployed
