Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie buy $40 million Italian estate

Hollywood's 'It' couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have spent a whopping $ 40 million on a mansion in Italy.

The couple nicknamed 'Brangelina' by tabloids already own a luxurious Los Angeles mansion, a $3.5 million French-style home in New Orleans and a villa in France worth $ 10 million.

Jolie apparently fell in love with Italy after filming 'The Tourist' with Johnny Depp there earlier this year, reported Daily Mail online.

Situated in the Northern Italian hills of Valpolicella, the mansion boasts 15 bedrooms, seven baths, a movie theatre, two swimming pools, a gym and several Jacuzzis.

The property also has stables and a vineyard. That will give the couple's six children plenty of space to run around and explore.

The couple intend to use the Italian property as a vacation home
