NEW YORK: Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi reached the final of the mixed doubles at the US Open for the first time in New York on Tuesday, September 7, 2010.Qureshi is the first Pakistani to qualify for the final of any Grand Slam competition.
Qureshi teamed up with Kveta Peschke of Czech Republic and defeated Anna-Lena Groenefeld of Germany and Mark Knowles of Bahamas, 7-6 (5), 7-6 (4), in the semi finals.
