Rehman issues shoot at sight orders

Updated at: 2039 PST,  Thursday, August 05, 2010  KARACHI: Interior Minister Rehman Malik reached Karachi to defuse the ongoing tension between the coalition partners, MQM and ANP, in the country’s commercial hub, Karachi. After talking to MQM leaders at Nine Zero, the minister warned the terrorists against destabilizing the country and issued shoot at sight orders to quell the targeted killings. He also announced to provide job to the son of deceased MQM MPA Raza Haider.
